Recipe Ingredients

Note: Makes about 4 Servings

  • 1 ½ lbs flank steak
  • ¼- ½ cup steak marinade (I use Taste of Inspirations brand from Hannaford)
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 large bunch Asparagus sprigs
  • 1 large sweet onion, cut into strips

*Substitute any veggies you’d like; Green beans, zucchini, summer squash, mushrooms

Recipe Directions

  1. Marinade the steak in a large plastic bag overnight
  2. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
  3. Heat a large skillet and spray with cooking spray or drizzle a little olive oil
  4. Cut steak into smaller strips
  5. Take a few pieces of bell pepper, asparagus, and onion and wrap the steak tightly around the vegetables. Secure with toothpicks
  6. Sear the steak in the skillet for about one minute and keep rotating until brown on all sides. Continue until all meat is seared
  7. Place steak wraps on baking sheet and let bake in oven for 10-15 minutes.
